「芭蕉」是吳國書先生參加2010年竹工藝競賽獲得首獎的作品，一組共12件，有茶盤、茶則、茶勾、水盂和杯墊等，採用的是竹展開板、膠合和雕刻的技法，圖案以香蕉葉為主題，大茶盤上的香蕉葉，以高溫低氧炭化所呈現的淡咖啡色之竹片膠合而成，小杯墊則用保青的竹片黏貼，水盂雕後著色，整組設計意象明確，實用觀賞皆宜。

 “Plantain” is the work of Mr. Wu Guo-Xu , who won the first prize in the 2010 bamboo craft contest. This masterpiece contains a set containing twelve pieces, including tea tray, tea spoon, tea hook, water bowl, and coasters etc.. Materials used are bamboo boards that are glued and sculpted. The picture depicts the theme of banana leaves. The banana leaf on the large tea tray is made with light brown bamboo pieces that have been treated with high heat and low oxygen carbonization. Green bamboo pieces are glued onto small coasters. The water bowl is sculpted first and then colored. The theme of the set is clear, practical, and beautiful.
