　　Located in the Cultural Bureau Library on the fourth floor of the [Nantou County Literature Museum] was established in 2007, is the first county-level literary museum; collections accumulated since 1979 from Nantou County Cultural Center era till now collected writer manuscripts, writings, cultural relics and historical materials of literature development, is the main field for the county literature development planning & writers data collection display as well as the Nantou literature research center.
　　This hall attached the [East Asia Literary hero – Chen Qian-wu library] is the County Literature Contribution Award winner, Mr. Chen Qian-wu’s literature preservation, collection, display, promotion and research field, use the permanent and theme to display Mr. Chen Qian-wu's works, manuscripts, cultural relics, honor code, and interpret Mr. Chen’s literary appearance.
