一I、 In order to promote the Arts appreciation atmosphere around this county, improve the public living quality, and encourage this county residents who actively engaged in Artistic creation to hold exhibitions.
二II、 To organize Exhibition, shall complete documents and information, fill out the "Basic exhibition activities information form" with five artwork photos for submitting.
三III、 Categories of Exhibition: Arts, crafts, photography
四IV、 Eligibility criteria: Priority to the principle of a senior artist who is born or set Native place or residing in Nantou County, if need an exchange observation or a theme curatorial, based on the principle of proportionality, may exhibit the artworks of artist out of Nantou County and shall be subject to any one of the following conditions:
　　１．Engaged in art education more than 10 years.
　　２．Ever obtained the preferred or above-grade awards from Provincial and municipal governments or regions.
　　３．Ever acted the adjudicator of the Provincial-level or above-grade Arts exhibition.
　　４．Ever obtained the invitation by the provincial or above-grade exhibitors.
五V、Schedule time: Each schedule is based on two months.
六VI、Review method: The proposal was submitted before the end of June and reviewed in July to determine the next year each exhibition time.
七VII、 The exhibitors shall personally involve or entrust other person to provide the necessary assistance for the exhibits conveyance, layout arrangement, supervision and artworks collection & demolition. Shall obey the relevant matters during exhibition as below:
　　（一i） Exhibition time: From AM9:00 to PM17:00 daily; closed on Mondays.
　　（二ii） Exhibits layout should be completed before PM5:00 on one day prior to formal exhibition. In order keep the exhibition environment clean and tidy, earnestly decline any wreaths and flower baskets sending in.
　　（三iii） The artwork tags shall be filled out by the exhibitor personally, the labels will be provided by the museum.
　　（四iv）The supervision of artworks during the exhibition in principle shall be handled by the exhibitor or the entrusted person, and please endeavor to provide the visitors with the guiding tour services to enhance their impression and appreciation level.
　　（五v） The collection and disassembly should be completed on the next day of exhibition closed. This Bureau shall not be responsible for the custody duty on the artworks demolition not as scheduled.
　　（六vi）Other than the comprehensive fire insurance and security service measures purchased by this Bureau for the Exhibits, any additional insurance shall be purchased by the exhibitor personally.
（七vii）Once the exhibition is scheduled ready, this Bureau shall include it into the monthly activities list, and release the news uniformly, and invite the exhibitors to provide relevant information for the press release.
　　（八viii）If the exhibitor wishes to organize a tea Party, a tea banquet or exhibition related activities, please arrange it personally and inform the Museum.
（九ix） Once the exhibition dates are scheduled ready, failed to attend due to some reasons, within two months prior to the formal exhibition, please notify this Museum in writing to cancel this schedule.
　　　　　No reason to cancel this schedule without notice to the museum, within two years may not submit further application for exhibition.
　　（十x）No repeat application for the same exhibition. (including the Culture Bureau).
　　（十一xi）Applying for exhibition is limited to be once a year. (including the Culture Bureau).
　　（十二xii）The Exhibition venues in case of the higher organs handle important activities, the Museum shall and must adjust the schedule.
　　（十三xiii） The exhibition applications shall be deemed as intend to comply with the provisions of the instructions.
